Close the software, restart the computer, and then re-open the software to solve this issue. Anyone know how to fix it?

I just checked Geeks. Windows 7 Hardware Compatibility. Somehow it windowd one of the USB hubs wrong during upgrade I uninstalled the device from device manager the unknown device with the exclamation mark Shut down I detatched ALL usb headers from the motherboard and removed the interface cable to Hauppauge windowa.

Your computer might have an extender board to connect an external IR receiver or an IR blaster cable to send the remote control signal to another device, such as a cable TV set-top box.
